• I want to return the product I purchased. What should I do?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have received, you can return them within 14 days and get a refund. All you have to do is call 05363171206 or send an e-mail to [email protected] regarding the subject. Our customer service will take the product you want to return from your door with free shipping.

        Important informations:

- The products you want to return must be safely packaged and sent in their original packaging, undamaged, without tags and unused.

- For the return shipping of the broken products, you must protect the protection materials (styrofoam, bubble wrap, parcel) of the products when they come to you, and package them in the same way. For this reason, the responsibility for damage to occur in the cargo belongs to the customer.

- After checking the compliance of your product with the return conditions, the status of the return process is sent to you by e-mail. The amount will be refunded to you within 3-5 business days from the confirmation message sent to your e-mail.

- If it does not comply with the return conditions; The relevant product is sent back to your address free of charge by cargo.

- If your basket amount is less than 200 TL after the returns process, a shipping fee of  will be charged to you.

• I want to change the products I purchased. What should I do?

You have the right to change for 30 days for the products that you are not satisfied with or want to change for any other reason. You can send an e-mail to [email protected] or call us at 05363171206 and have your package picked up at your door with free shipping and you can exchange it for any other product you want.

• The product I received was damaged / defective. What should I do?

• Incoming products are not the same as the order I placed. What should I do?
